Vinpearl is a huge resort complex on Hon Tre Island in Nha Trang Bay run by Vinpearl, a resort company owned by Vietnamese billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong.
The complex includes an amusement park, luxury villas, and a huge convention center.
Vinpearl is connected to Nha Trang Beach by what was, in 2006, the longest over-water cable car in the world.
We did not visit Vinpearl... but, since it dominates Nha Trang Bay and represents the kind of money being invested in Vietnam, I included some shots of it here.
